5-Course Rum Pairing Dinner

Set sail on an evening of bold flavours and spirited discovery at Fireplace by Bedrock, where wood-fire cooking meets the sun-soaked spice of the Caribbean in a specially curated five-course rum pairing dinner.

Each course showcases Fireplace’s signature fire-led approach, with highlights including the Cocoa Spice-rubbed Ribeye and Jerk Sakura Chicken Skewer. The menu is thoughtfully paired with rum expressions from Havana Club, Bumbu and Malibu, selected to complement the depth and warmth of open-flame cooking.

The evening will be hosted by Jack Tan, Regional Director, Asia at Sovereign Brands, who will share insights into the character, craftsmanship and stories behind each rum.

An immersive dining experience for those who appreciate refined pairings, fire-kissed flavours and a spirit of exploration.
